Cancellation Policy

We do our best to honor everyone's time and know you'd do the same. Here's what we ask if you need to cancel or reschedule: 24 hours notice if at all possible... Please don't just not show up, because there's someone that came in to take care of you...If something happened just call. We'll do our best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible. If you don't show or give us 24 hours you may get charged for 1/2 your session...we may require a credit card before you can book another appointment... If you're late, it comes out of your total time...if you're really late and we need to reschedule, you may get charged for half your session... Our only true goal is to make sure everyone's time is honored.
